HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Shipping costs vary and are visible at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will typically aim to have your order with you within 3-5 business days.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

To ensure you receive your Love & Honor order in the best condition possible, we use UPS for most orders. Smaller items may be shipped by Royal Mail. 

If your query relates to an order which has already been placed, please email hello@loveandhonor.co.uk with your order number and/or tracking and we will revert with next steps as soon as possible.

 

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY 

We hope you are happy with your Love & Honor purchase. However, if you would like to return your item you have 14 days to notify us (hello@loveandhonor.co.uk) from the date of receipt. You will have a further 14 days to send your item back after receiving a response. The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods that you have ordered.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:

  1.  Contact hello@loveandhonor.co.uk with your order reference number (within the above period) to let us know you will be returning your purchase.

  2.  Our return address is: Love & Honor, 22 High Street, Falmouth, TR11 2AB.

  3.  Package your order securely and send it back.

  4.  You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

  5. We advise using a tracked service to ensure your delivery makes it back to us safely and securely. Please retain your proof of postage.

  6. Your order will be refunded once the returned product is received and verified.

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the safe return of the product. Therefore you are liable for any mishandling of the product and damage caused from receiving the product to it being received back into our store. We ask that you consider the means of transit carefully to ensure your return arrives in the condition it was received in.

WHAT YOU CANNOT SEND BACK FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Products which are no longer in saleable condition are not returnable. Please contact us if you have any size queries before purchasing.
